By submitting a preorder, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the preorder amount. Cancellations and refunds: You may cancel your preorder and request a full refund at any time prior to your order entering the fulfillment process by contacting us at info@mygroundsage.com. We will process refund requests within 10 business days. Once an order has entered active fulfillment, our standard return policy applies. Product changes: We reserve the right to modify product specifications, features, and pricing prior to fulfillment. If material changes occur, we will notify preorder customers and offer the option to maintain the preorder at the updated terms or cancel for a full refund.
