📱 How do I download the app?
Via the iPhone App Store. If you are a Beta Tester, you will receive an invite to Apple's TestFlight app where you are able to interact with the latest version and provide feedback.
🌧️ Can I leave it out in the elements (e.g rain)?
Yes it can get wet. We do not recommend operating it during the rain and that is why schedule and weather forecasts make it easy. As with any outdoor tool, the more it is covered, the longer it will be protected. Please do not submerge the rover in water.
🧼 Will it stay clean?
Depending on when you use and what your yard is like, you periodically will want to remove any debris affecting the wheels or camera.

GroundSage is designed for medium to large dog breeds and multi-dog households where yard cleanup is a genuine time commitment. It works best when your dog has a consistent outdoor routine. If you have a single small breed with a tiny yard, it may be more than you need — take our fit quiz to find out.
🏞️ What surfaces will this work on?
The rover will work over grass, mulch, small gravel, concrete, paver patios and dry dirt. We cannot guarantee performance with steep includes, large rocks, heavy tree branches
🔉 How loud is the rover?
Approximately 60 to 70 decibels so you can still enjoy your time outside.
🌃 Why can’t I run it when it’s dark out?
The camera is most accurate with daylight.
🙊 What do I do if missed a spot?
Use the app to indicate a spot is missed. This information will improve detection over time.
📈 Will detection improve over time?
Yes. That is the beauty of our approach. Your usage will increase accuracy.
❌ Will it operate outside of the areas I set up?
Good new - No. You can have peace of mind the rover will not go outside of its boundary.
